Rates

• No minimum Stay period applies however note higher rate for single night stays
• Accommodation sleeps a maximum of 4 (queen bed and double sofa bed)


Peak Season Rates (November to April inclusive):
• Daily rate for up to 2 people - $180/night (based on 2-3 nights stay)
• Single night rate for up to 2 people - $220
• Additional adult is $50/night (all stay periods up to 3 nights)
• Additional child is $50/night (all stay periods up to 3 nights)


Off-Peak Season Rates (May to October inclusive):

• Daily rate for up to 2 people - $130/night (based on 2-3 nights stay)
• Single night rate for up to 2 people - $170
• Additional adult is $50/night (all stay periods up to 3 nights)
• Additional child is $50/night (all stay periods up to 3 nights)


Enquire about rates for longer stays (more than 3 nights), as they are negotiable.

Notes and Cancellation Fees

50% of payment due on booking confirmation and balance (50%) due on arrival

All bookings are 20% non-refundable from confirmation

All bookings cancelled within 5 days prior to the traveller's arrival date are 50% non-refundable from confirmation (traveller loses 50% deposit paid at booking confirmation). No cancellation fee applies if booking replaced

All rates include New Zealand Goods & Services tax at 12.5%
