50% of payment due on booking confirmation and balance (50%) due on arrival
All bookings are 20% non-refundable from confirmation
All bookings cancelled within 5 days prior to the traveller's arrival date are 50% non-refundable from confirmation (traveller loses 50% deposit paid at booking confirmation). No cancellation fee applies if booking replaced.

Peak Season Rates (November to April inclusive):
- Daily rate for up to 2 people - $130/night
- Additional visitor $15/night
- Daily rate for up to 2 people - $100/night
- Additional visitor $15/night
Off-Peak Season Rates (May to October inclusive):

I bought my parents a weekend away at the ComfortZone and they had a wonderful time. Mark and Sam were very friendly, helpful and accommodating to their special requests. The cottage and surrounding farm is absolutely beautiful, new and well presented. They only wished that they had had more time to spend there.
